Matthew Hall

Matthew Hall has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Matthew started their career as a Sales Consultant at UTS Micro-computer Shop in 1990 and gained experience in sales, support, upgrades, marketing, and pricing. Matthew also designed and implemented the company's website.

In 1995, Hall worked as a Web Developer at Arrakis Internet Services, where they were part of a small team that created and deployed the first version of University of Technology, Sydney's website.

Hall then worked as a Website Team Leader at Bullant Technology Pty Ltd from 2000 to 2001, starting as an editor for the website before being promoted. Unfortunately, they left due to the company's financial difficulties.

From 2002 to 2002, Hall worked as a Computing Theory Tutor at University of Technology, Sydney, where they tutored a class of 30 students and provided one-to-one assistance under the Indigenous Tutorial Assistance Scheme.

Hall then worked as a Co-ordinator at Free Australia Wireless from 2007 to 2009, before becoming an IT Manager at Darlind Pty Ltd in 1993. In this role, they were responsible for planning and executing the entire IT strategy, including developing an in-house database system using FileMaker.

Lastly, Hall worked as a Joey Scout Leader at 9th City of Brunswick Scouts from 2010 to 2013. Matthew developed and ran activities for the Joey scouts, coordinated transitions from section to section, and implemented the internet strategy for the organization.

In 2011, Hall joined Valleyarm Digital Pty Ltd as a Production & Operations Supervisor, overseeing production and operations for the company.

Matthew Hall attended the University of Technology Sydney from 1986 to 1991, where they obtained a B.Sc. degree in Computer Science. Prior to their university education, Matthew attended St. Ignatius College, although no specific degree or field of study is mentioned for this period. In terms of certifications, Matthew obtained a Certificate III in Front Line Management from Scouts Australia in August 2009, and a Certificate IV in Small Business Management from the Greater Western Sydney Business Enterprise Centre in July 1998.
