Paula Phillippe

Paula Phillippe is an accomplished board director and independent consultant with extensive experience in corporate governance, strategic growth, and human resources. Currently serving as an independent board director for VAA Engineering and Highland Bank, Paula also operates Phillippe Consulting, where expert advisory services are provided to CEOs and executive leaders in areas such as strategy, culture, and board governance. Previous roles include corporate board director at KleinBank, SVP and CHRO at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota, and president at Fairview Health Services, where innovative care models were developed.
