Leo Duren, SHRM-CP, has a bachelor's degree in Spanish from Brigham Young University, which was obtained between the years 2002 and 2003. In addition to their degree, Leo has obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2004, they became a Certified Trainer from Development Dimensions International and AchieveGlobal. Leo further expanded their qualifications in 2016 by obtaining a certification as an Employment Learning Innovations (ELI) Certified Trainer and as a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM.
