Dustin Colter

Dustin Colter is a seasoned operations leader with extensive experience in the vacation rental industry. Currently serving as Senior Director of Operations at Vacasa since September 2014, Dustin has successfully led a team of over 650 employees to provide exceptional service across more than 4,000 vacation rentals in the Pacific Northwest and Intermountain States. Previous roles at Vacasa include Regional Director, General Manager, and Local Manager, where Dustin managed teams ranging from 8 to over 320 employees. Prior to Vacasa, Dustin held the position of General Manager at TrailersPlus, focusing on customer service and team efficiency, and served as President of JC1 Inc., a construction firm renowned for its client satisfaction and reputation.
