Ethel Bunnie Williams

Ethel Bunnie Williams possesses extensive experience in hospitality and customer relations, currently serving as CX Senior Manager at Vacasa since December 2015, with a previous role as Reservations Manager. Ethel has also held the position of Director of Guest Relations at Village Realty from October 2021 to May 2024. Prior to these roles, Ethel worked as Night Manager at Viceroy Hotel Group and Manager of Human Resources at Indian Wells Resort Hotel. Additional experience includes serving as Assistant Front Office Manager at Omni Rancho Las Palmas Resort & Spa and Front Office Manager at Doral Desert Princess Resort. Ethel holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Bible/Biblical Studies/Counseling from Brevard Christian University.
