Kenneth Holloway

Kenneth Holloway is a legal professional with extensive experience in commercial law, data privacy, and intellectual property. Currently serving as Senior Counsel for Vacasa since 2023, Holloway previously held the position of Senior Legal Counsel at Partnerize, where responsibilities included data privacy oversight for the Americas from 2021 to 2023. Holloway’s earlier roles include Assistant General Counsel at the State Bar of California and Independent Startup Consultant for early-stage startups. A former Senior Associate at Dechert LLP, Holloway specialized in complex commercial litigation from 2010 to 2017 and worked as an Assistant District Attorney at the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office in 2009-2010. Holloway's legal journey began as a Legal Intern at the Foundation for Individual Rights in Education in 2007. Holloway earned a Juris Doctor degree from New York University School of Law in 2009 and a Bachelor of Arts in Cognitive Science, summa cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania in 2006.
