Kristen Taylor has extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Kristen began their career in 2008 as a Food and Beverage Manager at The Crossings at Carlsbad. In 2012, they joined Archive Rentals as a Sales Manager and then moved on to Heritage House Resort in 2014, where they served as a Sales Manager until 2015.

In the same year, Kristen joined Vacasa as a Business Development professional, and later took on various roles such as Regional Director, General Manager for Northern California Coast, and Senior General Manager. Kristen continued to advance within Vacasa, becoming a Senior Director of Operations in 2020 and currently holds the position of Vice President Operations since May 2022.

Throughout their career, Kristen Taylor has demonstrated their expertise in operations management, business development, and sales within the hospitality industry.

Kristen Taylor obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Human Development, Family Studies, and Related Services from California State University San Marcos between 2003 and 2007.
