Patricia Chávez has extensive work experience in graphic design and customer service. Patricia started their career as a Graphic Designer at Sereinca (Servicios de Ingeniería) in 2012, where they worked until 2014. Patricia then worked as a Graphic Designer at Universidad del Zulia from 2014 to 2015, simultaneously serving as a News Photographer. In 2016, Patricia worked as a Graphic Designer at M.S.M Agency before joining Sumaq Machu Picchu Hotel as a Graphic Designer in the same year. From 2017 to 2019, Patricia worked as a Customer Service Agent at Vacasa, and then progressed to the role of a Senior Specialist in Customer Experience, where they provided services in 5 languages and handled escalated guest calls and emails. Currently, they are the CX Team Lead - 3rd Party Channels at Vacasa, overseeing guest services for reservations through Homes and Villas by Marriott International channel. Patricia is responsible for creating and implementing new processes, policies, and optimizing productivity in a constantly-evolving environment.

Patricia Chávez obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design from La Universidad del Zulia, which they attended from 2009 to 2016. Additionally, they obtained a bachelor's degree in Education on Modern Languages from the same university, which they pursued from 2009 to 2015.
