Shanna Sharp

Shanna Sharp is a licensed real estate salesperson and founder of The Sharp Team at The Corcoran Group since November 2023. In addition to real estate, Shanna Sharp is an accomplished singer and performer, active since June 1999 with a distinctive blend of country and alternative pop music. As a co-owner of multiple establishments including Birdsall House, Gleasons Bar, River Outpost Brewing Co., Fin and Brew, and Factoria at Charles Point since 2017, Shanna Sharp demonstrates strong entrepreneurial skills. Shanna Sharp has also had significant roles as a featured singer with VACAYA and Atlantis Events, and as a founding member and musician with Sirenmusicnyc since 2013. Shanna Sharp holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) from Auburn University and has attended Circle in the Square Theatre School, along with the New York Real Estate Institute.
