Agnes Szelest

Agnes Szelest is an accomplished hospitality professional with extensive experience in front-of-house services and team leadership. Currently serving as Deputy Head of Entree at Vacherin since May 2022, Agnes previously held the position of FOH Area Account Manager at Office Concierge, where oversight of concierge and front-of-house teams across multiple sites was key. With a significant tenure at Claridge's from November 2004 to September 2019, Agnes progressed from Senior Receptionist to Front Office Training Manager, demonstrating expertise in team training, customer service, and operational excellence.
