Matt Powers is an accomplished recruiting professional with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as Associate Director of Technology at Vaco since March 2016, Matt provides strategic support and talent acquisition to businesses. Prior to Vaco, Matt held the position of Senior Recruiter at Alluvion from 2016 to 2021 and at Experis from September 2013 to March 2016, focusing on specialized placements in IT, Finance & Accounting, and Engineering. Earlier in the career, Matt worked as a Technical Recruiter at Apex Systems from February 2011 to August 2013, where responsibilities included identifying talent for various technical roles. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Florida State University, obtained in 2007.
