Aviana Lujan

Aviana Pedlar has a diverse work experience spanning from 2010 to the present. Aviana currently works at Vagaro as a Global People Operations Manager, where they oversee HR processes and procedures regarding onboarding and employee lifecycle. Prior to this, they worked as an HR Onboarding Specialist at Vagaro, where they acted as a key contact for onboarding issues and coordinated pre-employment screening requirements. Before joining Vagaro, Aviana served as an Executive Team Leader - Human Resources at Target from November 2018 to May 2022. Aviana also has experience in store management, having worked as a Store Manager at Sherwin-Williams from 2015 to 2018 and as a Store Assistant Manager from 2014 to 2015. In addition, Aviana worked as an Office Assistant at CCK Professional Corporation from 2013 to 2014. Aviana also held leadership roles in Gamma Phi Beta Sorority, where they served as an Administrative Vice President, and completed a Store Management Internship at Kohl's Department Stores. Aviana's earliest work experience was as a Sales Associate at Old Navy from 2010 to 2012.

Aviana Pedlar has obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Sociology from Sonoma State University. Additionally, they have earned a Human Resource Management Certificate from the same institution, which was obtained in June 2020.
