Jason Downes

Jason Downes is an experienced executive with a strong track record in leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as Managing Director at Vagaro Inc. since March 2022, Jason is focused on expanding the company's UK operations and supporting international growth. Previously, Jason led Modality Systems as Managing Director, successfully taking over from the original founder, and drove growth at Powwownow following its sale to PGi. Jason also founded the Smarter Working Initiative to promote flexible working practices and has held significant roles at PGi, Staples Advantage, Rentokil Initial, Office Depot, ACCO Brands, and Canon Europe Ltd. Jason holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Nottingham Trent University.
