Shankhadeep Mahato

Shankhadeep Mahato has worked in the customer service industry since 2013. In that time, they have held various roles with different companies. Shankhadeep'smost recent role is Customer Support Manager at Vahak, a position they have held since 2021. Prior to that, they were the Customer Service and Inside Sales Team Head at Zilingo from 2018 to 2021. During this time, they were responsible for ensuring that metrics were met and customers were well attended. Shankhadeep was also involved in the preparation of training materials and designing training patterns, assessment modules, as well as helping with the implementation of various projects. From 2016 to 2018, they were the Customer Service Team Lead at FreshMenu, where they were responsible for building the team, actively hiring, training, and taking care of their day to day monitoring and escalations. Shankhadeep'sfirst role was Floor Supervisor CC at Myntra from 2013 to 2016.
