Archit Kaushik has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Archit began their career as a Marketing Intern at IIFM in 2013. Archit then worked as a Sales and Marketing Executive at Mrig Trishna Hotels & Resorts Pvt Limited in 2014. In the same year, they also gained experience as a Marketing Intern at Gaming Gene.

In 2015, Archit joined Canon India as a Marketing Research Intern. The following year, they joined UrbanClap as a Business Development Specialist, where they played a crucial role in managing multiple services and launching new cities for the House Painters and Contractors category. Archit significantly improved customer experience and revenue for the category through effective collaboration with cross-functional internal partners in marketing and product.

Archit also served as the Head of Marketing (USA) and the Head of Brand Marketing, contributing to the brand's success and growth.
