Shweta Rao

Shweta Rao is the current Head of Vahura OnBoard at Vahura. Shweta has previous experience working in the Chambers of Veena Gowda as an Associate from April 2012 to July 2012. The chamber handles women’s’ rights issues, disputes and related matters (including matrimonial disputes, domestic violence or sexual harassment). Rao also worked for ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited in the Operations & Underwriting Department from January 2002 to August 2003. Finally, they worked for Jet Airways in the Yield Management Department from December 1996 to January 2001.

Shweta Rao has a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of Mumbai, and they are certified from the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs in the Online Proficiency Self-Assessment Test for Independent Directors. Shweta also has a certification from IFC - International Finance Corporation and CEDR - the Center for Effective Dispute Resolution in Managing Conflict and Difficult Conversations in the Board (Train the Trainers Course).
