Kim Lennox Sharkey

Kim Lennox Sharkey, MA, CMPE, has extensive experience in healthcare management, particularly in oncology operations. Since March 2011, Kim has served as the Director of Oncology Operations at Vail Health, managing the Shaw Cancer Center and spearheading strategy and growth initiatives. Previous roles at Vail Health include Interim Sr. Director of Ambulatory Services and Manager of Cancer Services, where Kim oversaw various clinics and operational aspects of outpatient cancer care. Additionally, Kim held leadership roles at Jack's Place and as Director of Development, focusing on budget management and fundraising efforts. Prior experience includes serving as Pharma Grants Writer at Rocky Mountain Multiple Sclerosis Center and Chief Executive Officer at Can Do MS. Kim holds a BA in Anthropology & Psychology from Wake Forest University, an MA in Anthropology from the University of Denver, and a Graduate Certificate in Healthcare Analytics from the University of South Florida.
