Loli Respini-Pollard, PHR, SHRM-CP (she/her) has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Loli Respini-Pollard, PHR, SHRM-CP (she/her) obtained a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management from La Suisse, Ecole Pour La Hotelerie in 2003. Loli also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from La Suisse, earned between 2001 and 2004. In 2009, Loli received a Certificate in Human Resources Management from UC Irvine. Furthermore, they obtained the Workplace Mental Health Certificate Ally from Psych Hub, the Just Culture for Managers Online Course from The Just Culture Company, and the Certificate in Health Plan Navigation from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP).
