Vail Place
Addie Thimmesch is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in administration and community support. Since August 2017, Addie has held various roles at Vail Communities, progressing from Office Coordinator to Senior Manager of Administration and Executive Assistant. Prior to this, Addie worked at NE Metro 916 as a Special Education Assistant from April 2013 to August 2017, and at Fraser as a Behavioral Aide from May 2011 to September 2013. Addie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Religion/Religious Studies from Hamline University, awarded in 2011.

Vail Place has been committed to the Clubhouse Model of psychosocial rehabilitation for adults with mental illness for more than 30 years. Clubhouses are organized around a belief that work, and work-mediated relationships, are restorative and provide a firm foundation for growth and important individual achievement. Our program is built on the belief that every member has the potential to recover from the effects of mental illnesses and lead a personally satisfying life as an integrated member of society.
