Elaine Purser

Elaine Purser is a seasoned professional in talent development and organizational consultancy, currently serving as a Talent Development Manager at Vail Resorts since March 2023. In this role, Elaine focuses on building effective teams and leaders, managing development projects, and overseeing the Leadership Development Program across three Australian ski resorts. Previously, Elaine owned a consultancy with actively GmbH, improving leadership and learning practices for various organizations. Elaine's experience includes delivering learning and development initiatives at BaptistCare NSW & ACT and contributing to education and training programs at Google. Elaine holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Arts in Counselling from Charles Sturt University and dual Bachelor degrees in Business and International Studies from the University of Technology Sydney.
