Hayden Royer

Hayden Royer is a dedicated professional ski instructor at Beaver Creek Resort since February 2022, focusing on skill development and creating enjoyable experiences for skiers. Previously, Hayden served as an Account Executive at NewDay USA from January 2020 to September 2022, where responsibilities included presenting mortgage solutions and driving business development through cold calling. An internship at NewDay USA provided foundational training in mortgage processes. Hayden completed a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Political Science at Penn State University in 2020, and gained diverse experience through roles such as groundskeeper at the Pittsburgh Field Club and lifeguard at Hershey Entertainment & Resorts Company. Additional experience includes working as a construction worker at Critchlow’s Outdoor Construction, where heavy machinery was operated, and accuracy in structural positioning was ensured.
