Kelsey Wise

Kelsey Wise currently serves as a Ski Professional at Vail Resorts, focusing on Beaver Creek and Vail, and holds multiple certifications from the Professional Ski Instructors of America. Kelsey has been an Undergraduate Advisory Board Member at the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management since September 2021 and previously held the position of Vice President of Business Strategy and Operations at A-Rod Corp from January 2021 to February 2024. A background in coaching is highlighted by a lengthy tenure as a Downhill Ski Coach at Otto Hollaus Snowsports Academy, along with experience as a Summer Associate in Strategy and Planning at the Whitney Museum of American Art. Prior consulting experience includes a role in Strategy and Operations at Deloitte from September 2014 to June 2018. Kelsey earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business, Finance, and Design from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management, along with a Grande Ecole degree from HEC Paris.
