Prior roles include Hospitality IT Manager, overseeing guest technology for Colorado and Utah properties, and Eagle County Hospitality IT Manager for various prestigious lodges. Previous experience spans directorial and managerial IT roles at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts and Vail Resorts, covering comprehensive technology management and support across various properties. Rob Phillips began the career as an IS/T Consultant at Florida State University, holding a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management from the same institution.
