Outi Saarinen

Outi Saarinen has extensive experience in football management, currently serving as the National Team Manager for the Football Association of Finland since January 2003, overseeing the Finnish women's national team. Previously, Outi was the Tournament Director for the UEFA Women's EURO 2009 in Finland and a Project Manager for the implementation of UEFA Club Licensing. Prior to these roles, Outi worked as a Product Manager at UEFA, organizing competitions and coordinating committees for Women's and Futsal football, and served as International Secretary at the Football Association of Finland, managing national teams and coordinating UEFA events. Early in the career, Outi held positions as Club Secretary at HJK Helsinki and Department Secretary at Orbis Oy. Outi holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Metropolia University of Applied Sciences.
