Paul Baylis

Paul Baylis serves as the Manager of the National Contracts Team at Stannah Group since June 2019, overseeing the development of National Contracts in alignment with organizational strategy. Previously, Paul held multiple leadership roles at Schindler Ltd (UK) from February 2013 to June 2019, including Director of Digital Business, where responsibilities encompassed digital transformation and product delivery across the UK and Ireland, as well as managing key accounts and business development. Earlier experiences include positions such as Key Account Business Development Manager and Regional Sales Manager at Schindler, and Area Sales Consultant at OTIS. Paul holds a Master of Science in Professional Practice in Senior Sales Leadership from Middlesex University and a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Maritime Business from the University of Plymouth.
