Keren Flavell has a diverse and extensive career in the tech industry. Keren began their career in 1995 as a volunteer host of Road to Nowhere (past) and Byte Into It (current) at Triple R Broadcasters. In 2004, they co-founded OMG.TV, a digital media strategy company with clients such as ABC, AFTRS and Sustainability Victoria. In 2007, they co-founded Quality Time Media, a company behind Treet TV (treet. tv) an entertainment network that served virtual worlds viewers and producers. In 2010, they co-founded Bushfire Connect, an organization focused on community engagement, and Wholesome Media, an organization dedicated to engaging audiences using social media networks to assist in generating action around sustainability and positive social change. In 2013, they founded TownHall App, a web app designed to help groups vote and decide. In 2017, they became the Senior UX Researcher at gotoresearch, leading remote and in-person qualitative research studies in the consumer electronics, smart home, shopping and B2B spaces. In 2020, they founded Kasaba, an organization that helps urban dwellers and digital nomads have an affordable real estate investment where they can also stay for part of the year. Currently, they are the Chief Operating Officer at vAIsual.

Keren Flavell attended the University of Melbourne from 1988 to 1988, where they received a BA in Politics, Economics, Psychology, and Sociology. Keren then attended RMIT University from 1989 to 2002, where they received a BA in Public Relations, Media, and Psychology.
