Mohsin Tahir

Mohsin Tahir has worked in a variety of roles in the Human Resources and Operations fields. Mohsin began their career in 2011 as a Customer Support Officer at Pakistan Mobile Communications Ltd. In 2011, they also joined AIMVIZ as an HR Executive and was promoted to Senior HR Executive and then to Assistant Manager HR. In 2014, they joined SharpImage as a Deputy Manager HR and then Manager HR & Business Operations. In 2019, they joined Smart Info Tech Inc as Manager Talent Acquisition and was responsible for Technical Recruitment and Selection, as well as managing Local and International Recruitment. Mohsin also worked at iVolve Technologies in 2019 as Manager HR, where they were responsible for Technical Recruitment and Selection, Organization Development, and Change Management. Currently, they are working at Vaival Technologies as HR & OD Manager.

Mohsin Tahir completed their Bachelor's Degree in Business/Commerce, General from Islamia College between 2005 and 2007. Mohsin then went on to pursue a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Karachi University between 2013 and 2015. In 2009 and 2010, they also completed a Guest Relations degree from the Pakistan Institute Of Toursim and Hotel Managment PITHM, focusing on HR, Marketing and Front Desk Management.
