Vaijayanthimala Kannan is the Founder and CEO of VAK Consulting, a MWBE Certified Company. With over 15 years of experience in recruiting and team management roles, she has a strong focus on team building, growth, and planning to ensure maximum company growth. Vaijayanthimala started her career as a Senior Recruiter and worked her way up to roles such as Recruitment Lead, Accounts & Recruiting Manager, and Recruiting Director. She holds a Master's degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Madras, Chennai, and a Bachelor's degree in General Law from Annamalai University.
