Ada Ikäheimonen's work experience begins in 2011 when they started working in customer service at Kahvila Kasinonranta. Ada gained valuable experience in customer service and handling pressure in a fast-paced environment.

In addition to their professional work, Ada also worked as a Gubbe at Gubbe.io, a service for elderly people and their families. As a Gubbe, they visited an elderly person on a weekly basis.

In 2018, they also participated in a short-term exchange program at Háskóli Íslands, where they studied International and Comparative Education. Additionally, Ada obtained a certification as a Sympa HR admin user from Sympa HR in January 2021.
