Substation Foreperson

Reporting to the Substation Construction Supervisor, the role of Site Foreman is to oversee on-site construction activities within various workgroups. In this role the Foreman is expected to lead on-site crew while ensuring project construction is executed effectively and safely. The Foreman is also responsible for tracking any changes or field issues as the arise, while bringing to the Site Supervisor immediately. The Foreman is responsible to be the main point of contact for the Field staff/crew.
