Kelly Cotton

Kelly Cotton has extensive experience in offshore drilling operations, currently serving as Offshore Installation Manager at Enterprise Offshore Drilling since January 2025, and previously at Ensco plc since May 1995, with a focus on the Gulf of Mexico since 2006. In this role, Kelly manages equipment monitoring, oversees preventative maintenance plans, and ensures compliance with operational parameters. Prior positions at Ensco plc include Toolpusher, Barge Engineer, and Driller, all involving supervision and management of drilling activities and safety protocols. In addition to offshore work, Kelly owns Cotton Waterwell LLC, specializing in waterwell drilling and repairs. Education includes a high school diploma in General Studies from Sabine Valley Vocational Technical College in Many, LA.
