Ann Whitten

Ann Whitten has a diverse work experience, with their most recent role being Retired for now since 2014. Prior to that, they worked at Mercedes-Benz Financial Services as a Senior SDLC Process and Tools Specialist starting in 2013. Before that, they were a Lead Change Analyst at Valassis starting in 2010. In 2009, they worked at Carhartt as a Change Coordinator, where they established the framework for the change coordinator position and introduced the change coordinator process. Ann also has experience working at IBM as a Change/Configuration Manager from 2005 to 2008, where they developed and deployed change management processes. Ann also worked at InterFirst as a Release Management Process design from 1999 to 2005, and at Bank of America as a Turnover Control and Software Configuration Management from 2003 to 2005. Ann also has experience working at ABN AMRO Bank NA and ABN AMRO in various roles related to Configuration Management and Turnover Control.

Ann Whitten completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Business/Corporate Communications at the University of Michigan-Dearborn from 1990 to 1997. Ann also obtained a BSA in Business and Communication from the same institution from 1988 to 1997.
