Norm Hulberg

Norm Hulberg, MAI, serves as the Senior Managing Director and a member of the Board of Directors at Valbridge Property Advisors®, the largest independent commercial valuation company in the United States, since joining in March 2013. As President of Hulberg & Associates, Inc., which merged into Valbridge Property Advisors in 2013, Norm has been a real estate appraiser since 1976. Additionally, Norm is an MAI member of the Appraisal Institute, actively participating as a speaker and moderator at various conferences, and has held leadership positions including Past Chairman of the Admissions Committee. Norm founded the Annual Spring Litigation Conference and served on its Board of Directors. Norm holds an MBA in Business with a focus on Real Estate from San Jose State University, where studies were undertaken from 1970 to 1977.
