Robert Sherwood

Robert Sherwood is a Certified General Appraiser at Valbridge Property Advisors, the largest independent commercial valuation firm in North America. Prior to this, Robert worked as a Residential Real Estate Appraiser at Tighe Appraisals LLC and as a Mortgage Loan Closer at North Carolina Housing Finance Agency. Robert also has experience as an Associate Director Of Operations at Bulldog Finance Group, specializing in fundraising for Democratic Campaigns or Progressive Causes. Robert is an alumnus of North Carolina State University with a degree in Political Science. Robert continues to expand their knowledge with additional education in real estate appraisal and Italian language.
