Walter Carney

Walter Carney, MAI, serves as the Senior Managing Director at Valbridge Property Advisors since 2013, contributing to the firm's status as the largest independent commercial valuation company in the nation. Additionally, Walter has been an MAI Member of the Appraisal Institute since 1992, serving as Vice Chair of the Admissions Committee from 1992 to 1995. Prior experience includes the role of Executive Vice President at Hulberg & Associates, Inc. from 1984 to 2013, and Senior Commercial Appraiser at Home Federal Savings and Loan of San Diego from 1983 to 1984. Walter holds A.B. degrees in Economics and International Relations from the University of Southern California.
