Bradley Palmer Young

Bradley Palmer Young has a diverse work experience in information technology and business analysis. Bradley Palmer is currently serving as the Director of Information Technology at Valco Melton, where they oversee the security of systems and networks and maintains relationships with external IT vendors. Prior to this role, they worked as a Senior Information Technology Business Analyst at Valco Melton and as an IT Business Analyst at Allegion US. Bradley Palmer also has experience as a Manufacturing Systems ERP Manager at Champion Windows Inc and as a Mechanical Engineer at Intelligrated, specializing in Oracle ERP systems. Before entering the private sector, Young served in the United States Army Reserve.

Bradley Palmer Young, LSSBB, obtained a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature, and Technical Writing from Northern Kentucky University from 1989 to 1994. Bradley Palmer also pursued an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Mechanical Engineering Related Technologies/Technicians from Cincinnati State Technical and Community College, completing it between 1998 and 2000. Furthermore, Bradley holds a Certificate in OSHA Authorized Safety Training from Eastern Michigan University. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a Six Sigma Black Belt from Breakthrough Performance Group, LLC in November 2017, a Six Sigma Green Belt from Miami University under Adjunct Professor Rod Baker (Intelligrated) in July 2012, and an OSHA Authorized Safety Instructor certification from Eastern Michigan University in 2003.
