Lynsey Tamlyn has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Lynsey began their career as a Marketing Intern at Goodfellow Publishers and later worked as an Assistant at the Oxford International School of Publishing. At Taylor & Francis Group, they held various positions including Marketing Assistant and Associate Marketing Manager, where they executed marketing plans, analyzed adoption reports, and managed social media presence. Lynsey also worked as an Account Manager at Torpedo marketing agency, collaborating with clients to develop and deliver integrated marketing plans. Lynsey then joined Crowcon Detection Instruments Ltd. as a Digital Marketing and Content Manager, responsible for brand management, lead generation, and digital campaigns. Lynsey later became the International Marketing Manager, driving rebranding initiatives and expanding customer engagement across multiple digital channels. Most recently, Lynsey served as the Marketing Director at Tamarindo before joining Valda Energy Limited as the Head of Marketing.
Lynsey Tamlyn's education history begins with their GCSEs at Kingsley College from 2005 to 2008, where they studied Maths, English, and English Literature. Lynsey then pursued a BTEC National Diploma in Media & Publishing at Stratford Upon Avon College from 2008 to 2010. Lynsey went on to attain a BA Hons degree in Publishing Media from Oxford Brookes University between 2010 and 2013. Recently, in 2018-2019, they pursued a CIM Digital Diploma in Professional Marketing at the Oxford College of Marketing.
