Michele Steele, MBA, PMP has over 20 years of work experience. Michele began their career as a Cryptologic Technician in the US Navy. In this role, they served for 7 years before transitioning to the private sector. Since 2001, Michele has been a Senior Vice President of DoD Operations at Valdez International Corporation. In this capacity, they have provided program management, leadership, and oversight for multiple government contracts, totaling over $26M in annual revenue. Michele has also managed a team of 300+ professionals and has been responsible for negotiating contracts, executing task orders, and allocating resources.

Michele Steele, MBA, PMP, completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business at Regis University from 2003 to 2005. In addition to their MBA, they also hold a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
