Eduardo Bartolomeo has over 25 years of experience in the mining and hospitality industries. Eduardo is currently the Interim CEO & Executive Director of Base Metals at Vale, one of the world's largest mining companies. Eduardo was previously the CEO of Brazil Hospitality Group (BHG) from January 2013 to December 2015. Prior to that, they held various executive positions at Vale, a global mining company, from January 2004 to December 2012. Eduardo began their career as Operations Director at Cervejaria Ambev, Brazil's largest brewing company, from January 1994 to December 2003.

Eduardo Bartolomeo has a Master of Business Administration - MBA from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven in the field of Administração de Empresas and a Master of Business Administration - MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in the field of Administração de Empresas. Eduardo also has a degree in Engenharia from Universidade Federal Fluminense.
