Paulo Rogerio Lima

Paulo Rogerio Lima is an accomplished professional in the field of occupational health and wellness, currently serving as the Global Corporate Technical Manager of Occupational Health and Total Health at Vale since April 2020, where responsibilities include designing health processes and developing global quality of life programs. Previous positions include the Global Corporate Lead of Occupational Health and Well-being at Vale and Senior Manager for Occupational Health Programs at Governo do Estado de Pernambuco. Paulo has extensive experience in managing health programs across various companies, including Solar Coca-Cola and FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, and has held academic roles as an Adjunct Professor at Universidade Federal de Pernambuco.
