Vânia Neves

Vânia Neves is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technology and education. Currently serving as the Global Tech Business Solutions Director at Vale since January 2021, Vânia has previously held the position of Chief Technology Officer at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro from March 2019 to June 2022. Vânia's tenure at GSK from November 2005 to December 2020 included various leadership roles in IT, such as IT Director for multiple regions and Head of Innovation for Brazil Pharma. Vânia has also contributed to academia as a guest professor at FGV and Universidade Estácio de Sá, specializing in Organizational Behavior and Project Management. Vânia's educational background includes an Executive Program in Innovation from Singularity University, an M.B.A. from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro, and degrees in Telecommunications Management, System Analysis, and Mathematics.
