Oktay Manav

Oktay Manav is a professional in urban planning and landscaping with significant experience in project management within various urban development contexts. Currently serving as "Conducteur d'opérations en aménagement urbains et paysagers" at Valence Romans Agglo since January 2023 and previously at Ville de Valence in the same role, Oktay has worked on projects such as the creation of access tracks for pumping stations and the modernization of industrial and port site cartographies during an apprenticeship at Compagnie Nationale du Rhône. Oktay's academic background includes three master's degrees from the Institut d'Urbanisme de Grenoble, focusing on urban projects, as well as practical experience with several municipalities in planning and urban studies.
