Tushar Tank is an experienced professional in analytics research and development with a focus on non-invasive biometrics at Valencell, Inc. since December 2016. Tushar has held significant leadership roles, including National Coordinator for BAPS CHARITIES, where strategic vision and project implementation were key responsibilities. Prior experience as Operations Manager at the Family Wellness Clinic involved scaling a healthcare practice. Tushar also contributed to clean energy technologies as Director of Research and Analytics at an institutionally funded startup and applied machine learning in advertising as Principal Data Scientist at MaxPoint. Previous roles include Technical Director of Research and Development at Ultra Electronics - 3 Phoenix and Principal Engineer at Signal Innovations Group. Tushar holds a Master’s and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, and Rutgers University, respectively.
