Cathy Ealy

Cathy Ealy currently serves as the Student Communications Coordinator and Junior Project Manager at Valencia College, effectively promoting the college brand across the Orlando area and ensuring project efficiency within the marketing team. Previously, Cathy worked as an Entrepreneur Acceleration Coach at Entrepreneur Ready, where over 100 small business owners were coached, contributing to job creation in Westchester County. Cathy's experience also includes project management for the Launch1000 entrepreneurship accelerator and various roles in leasing and education, including pioneering an entrepreneurship program at Tuskawilla Middle School. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from UCF College of Business and an Associate of Arts degree from Daytona State College.
