Rich Hoxey

Rich Hoxey is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the manufacturing and design of precision instruments. As the Co-Owner of Hoxey Guitars since October 2021, Rich contributes to advancements in aluminum instrument manufacturing. Additionally, Rich has been a Co-Owner at Hoxeys 5x machining since August 2020 and serves as an Instructor at Valencia College. In the role of Research and Development Manager at Ballistic Advantage since May 2019, Rich has applied vast technical expertise. Prior experience includes significant roles at Accurate Boring Co, serving as Vice President and General Manager, and a Metrology Technician at AIP/Aerospace Holdings, LLC. Rich began a career in machining as a CNC Machinist at Accurate Boring Co from 1994 to 2012. Education includes machinist training from the US Army from 1983 to 1987 and completion of the US Army Ordinance School from 1983 to 1985.
