Naresh Bhardwaj

Naresh Bhardwaj is an experienced professional in operations and production management, currently serving as the Profit Centre Head at Valency International Pte Ltd. since July 2025, overseeing a cashew processing plant. Prior to this role, Naresh held the position of Operations Manager at ETG from November 2019 to June 2025, managing operations for manufacturing factories producing various food products. Naresh's experience also includes serving as Factory Manager at Unilever, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing a contract manufacturing unit, and as Production Manager at NIVEA India, focusing on raw material planning and factory operations. Earlier roles include positions at Pidilite Industries Limited, Diversey, and Unilever as a trainee, providing a solid foundation in production processes and quality management. Naresh holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Sardar Vallabhbhai National Institute of Technology and is currently pursuing a Diploma in Business Management from the Indian Institute of Management Kashipur.
