Gideon Kedem

Gideon Kedem has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Gideon is currently the SVP and Head of Automotive Business at Valens since November 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Xilinx for over a decade, starting as a Sales Director in February 2009 and staying there until January 2020. Before joining Xilinx, Gideon spent nine years at Cadence Design Systems, where they served as the General Manager of Israel from January 1999 to December 2008. Gideon also worked as a Sales Engineer at Cadence Design Systems from July 1994 to January 1999. Gideon's career began at Intel Corporation, where they worked as a Design Engineer from August 1988 to July 1994.

Gideon Kedem completed their Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Tel Aviv University. Gideon pursued their undergraduate studies from 1983 to 1989. Later, Gideon obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Tel Aviv University, completing the program from 2003 to 2005.
