Nelly Elkavets

Nelly Elkavets began their work experience as the Global Human Resources Manager at Kidaro in 2005. Nelly was responsible for recruiting employees at all levels and functions and designing and executing the recruitment policy. Nelly also managed labor relations, including salary and fringe benefits, employment contracts, and termination. In 2010, Nelly joined KPMG as the Human Resources Manager until 2012. Nelly then joined Valens, where they currently serve as the SVP HR.

Nelly Elkavets began their education journey at Tel Aviv University in 2000, where they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Industrial Development & Labor Studies. Nelly completed their degree in 2004. Later, in 2015 to 2016, they returned to Tel Aviv University to study Group Facilitation. In 2019 to 2020, Nelly furthered their education by attending Tel Aviv University once again, this time focusing on Coaching by psychological approach, specifically in the field of Psychology.
