Shay Oren

Shay Oren has a diverse work experience in the field of engineering and communications. Shay began their career in 2000 as a Technical Officer in the Israeli Intelligence Corps, where they led a team and was responsible for RF wireless communication projects. In 2008, Shay joined Marvell Israel Ltd. as a DSP Firmware Engineer, working on LTE firmware development and specializing in low-level RFIC control. Shay also had a role as a Power Management System Student, where they performed power management analysis and measurements. In 2014, Shay joined Intel Mobile Communications as a Senior LTE Firmware Engineer, developing embedded software in a multi-core SoC environment. Currently, they are working as a Senior DSP Engineer at Valens, a position they started in 2017.

Shay Oren pursued a degree in Communication & Signal Processing at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev from 2006 to 2010, earning a Bachelor's Degree. Prior to this, from 1998 to 2000, Oren attended ORT Singalovski College for Advanced Technology, where they completed a Practical Engineer program in Electronics & Communication.
