Jennifer A. Goodall, PHR, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in employee benefits and human resources management. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant for Employee Benefits at Valent Group since March 2018, Jennifer previously held significant roles including Director of Human Resources at both 4M Research, Inc. and Pinnacle Solutions, Inc., where responsibilities included overseeing human resource functions for diverse programs within the Department of Defense and NASA.
